on conducting the corruption risk assessment

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" dated 14.10.2014 № 1700-VII and following the  Methodology for assessing corruption risks in the activities of public authorities, approved by the decision of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption of 02.12. 2016 No. 126, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 28, 2016, under No. 1718/29848, and Methodological Recommendations for the preparation of anti-corruption programs of legal entities, approved by the Decision of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption of 22.09.2017 No. 734, the commission for assessing corruption risks of the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernihiv region" has begun the process of assessing corruption risks in the activities of the institution.

The purpose of this assessment is to identify legal, organizational, and other measures aimed at minimizing corruption and implementing effective control and management of identified corruption risks.

If you work in the field of activity of the institution, as well as have professional knowledge of the internal (organizational structure, control mechanisms, etc.) and external environment of the institution, in case of availability of information for identifying corruption risks in regulatory legal acts and organizational and managerial activities, we suggest submitting proposals for the identification, assessment, and elimination (minimization) of corruption risks, amendments to the Anti-Corruption Program of the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernihiv region" for 2020-2022 to the e-mail address [email protected]

We also suggest filling out an electronic questionnaire to assess the presence of possible corruption in the State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernihiv region", which is available on the institution's website on the Prevention of Corruption page  (https://ch-tmo.mvs.gov.ua/preventcor) and at the link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf8KeS0KcrxJ5d6_8OSzdFz-Z8TkPi7rn70i0tibZGw77DY4w/viewform.

Please note that we are talking about corruption risks - the likelihood that an event of a corruption offense or an offense related to corruption will occur, which will negatively affect the achievement of the institution's goals and objectives.

In addition, the determining factor for the Corruption Risk Assessment Commission to take into account the proposals is the indication of corruption risk factors in the activities/inactivity of the institution's employees and the focus of the proposed mechanisms on the elimination or minimization of the conditions (causes) of corruption risks.

The internal assessment of corruption risks is carried out annually following the requirements of part two of Article 61 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", paragraph 3.2 of Section 3 of the Anti-Corruption Program of the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernihiv region", by the Commission for the assessment of corruption risks and monitoring of the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Program of the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernihiv region".

Internal corruption risk assessment is carried out following the Regulations on the Commission for Corruption Risk Assessment and Monitoring of the Anti-Corruption Program approved by the order of the institution dated 26.04.2021 № 93 o / d as amended.

The form of the Questionnaire for assessing the presence of possible corruption in the State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernihiv region" is approved by the order of the institution dated 10.09.2020 No. 94 o/d.
