Ukraine is endless steppes and picturesque mountains, mother's lullabies and viburnum in the garden, poplar in the poppy field, and fertile black soil. Ukraine is also ancient Kyiv, wise chroniclers, the ringing of Cossack sabers, whistling of haidamaks, groaning of a serf in the lord's yard, dawns of revolutions, long-awaited independence.
And although this year we celebrate the national holiday with the sounds of sirens and explosions of shells, and the 31st anniversary of Ukraine's independence has become a reminder to the whole world how expensive human freedom is, let the Shevchenko's fire of love for our native Ukraine - the country of mountains and steppes, fast rivers and golden fields - burn in our hearts. We are proud that we are Ukrainians!
Let the freedom to think and act be our advantage. I wish to feel it in work, in relationships, and life. Prosperity to you, your family, and your country! Be independent and free in all your manifestations!
Happy Independence Day!
Glory to Ukraine!
