Regarding the provision of social guarantees for free prosthetics under the state program for victims of war

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 12 April 2022 No. 454 "On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Provision of Auxiliary Rehabilitation Facilities (Technical and Other Rehabilitation Facilities) to Persons Affected by the Military Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine", persons from among the servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, rank and file and senior officers of the Civil Protection Service and police officers who were injured as a result of armed conflict are entitled to receive rehabilitation facilities free of charge.

               Thus, this category of persons is provided with rehabilitation means based on the conclusions of medical advisory commissions of state and municipal healthcare institutions (hereinafter - MAC) or decisions of military medical commissions (hereinafter - MMC), regardless of the disability they have been diagnosed with.
