In order to train the working population of the "TMO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for the Chernihiv region" on civil protection issues in terms of the use of personal protective equipment, theoretical and practical measures are conducted to improve the skills of using PPE in real conditions.
The training consists of two main cases (two main topics):
• "Personnel actions in the event of a radiation hazard";
• "Personnel actions in the event of a chemical hazard."
Training is conducted in two stages.
The first is theoretical training. Where the staff of the institution will familiarize themselves with and consider the main types of personal protective equipment, methods of their selection, depending on the circumstances, and features of the use of PPE.
The second is practical training. Where there will be a practical review of personal protective equipment and conditions of safe use.
