Announcement of intention to write off objects from the balance sheet

ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTENT TO WRITE OFF OBJECTS FROM THE BALANCE SHEET OF "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernihiv region"

   According to the Procedure for writing off state-owned property, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 08.11.2007 No. 1314, business entities, on the balance sheet of which there is property, the original (revalued) value of which is more than UAH 50 thousand and which is not used, including obsolete and physically worn out, submit monthly by the 10th day of the month information about the such property by the management entities.

    For efficient use and free transfer of such property to other business entities under its management or other management entities, the management entity publishes the information received on its official website.

    The absence of proposals for its transfer within 30 working days from the date of publication of information on the obsolete and physically worn-out property may be used during the write-off of such property as confirmation of the impossibility of its free transfer in the prescribed manner.

    In pursuance of the above requirements, the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernihiv region" announces its intention to write off green spaces that are on the balance sheet of the institution.

      The list of fixed assets proposed for write-off from the balance sheet of the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernihiv region" is attached.

   Proposals for the free transfer of the above property should be sent in paper and electronic form (to the address: [email protected]) following the "Procedure for writing off state property" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 8, 2007, № 1314 (as amended).
