For the heads of healthcare institutions and structural units of the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernihiv region" On 17 August 2023, a lecture was held on the topic:

"Changes in the legislation of Ukraine in connection with the termination of the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine and its accession to the Pension Fund of Ukraine"

The following persons were invited to speak to the staff of the institution

- Andrii Zhydynov, Chief Specialist of the Department for the Organisation of Accident Prevention and Investigation of the Control and Inspection Department of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Chernihiv Oblast

- Galyna Golovnya, Chief Specialist of the Department for Verification of the Validity of Issuance of Sick Leave Certificates of the Control and Inspection Department of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Chernihiv Oblast;

The following topics were discussed during the presentation:

- Changes in the system of compulsory state social insurance against accidents at work in accordance with the new version of the Law of Ukraine "On Compulsory State Social Insurance".

- Prevention of accidents at work and the procedure for their investigation in accordance with the latest changes.

- Verification of the validity of sick leave certificates.
