If you want to learn new skills and get the most out of life, come study at Driving Schools for people with disabilities. They have taken care of the accessibility of training for everyone.

In Driving Schools for People with Disabilities, you can get services to learn theory and gain practical driving skills; pass theoretical and practical exams - and then get a driver's license. And, if necessary, retrain/acquire the skills to drive a manual car.

These are unique schools implemented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine as part of the initiative of the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska "No Barriers". They are designed to create equal opportunities for everyone who wants to learn to drive - providing a holistic and high-quality public service.

the possibility of individualized training on a convenient schedule.

Driving schools will find an approach to everyone so that you can get high-quality and affordable services. If you can't come to the classroom, you can study online. You still have to come to practical classes, but the schedule can be flexible if you wish.

We provide the opportunity to study both individually and in mixed inclusive groups that bring together both people with and without disabilities. A total of 11 weeks are allocated for the training of future drivers with disabilities, of which 4 weeks are theory and 7 weeks are practice. There will be no more than 30 people in one group.

By the way, if you wish, you can pause your training and continue it later from where you left off. You don't need anything special to become a student at a Driving School for people with disabilities. Just like any other driving school, you must submit an application and medical documents.

There are 4 stages to join the Driving School:

pass a medical and social commission and get a certificate of the cause and group of disability;

undergo a medical examination and receive a certificate of fitness to drive a vehicle;

choose a Driving School for theoretical and practical training;

Submit the following documents to the educational institution: an application addressed to the Director of the Driving School; a copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine or an identity document confirming his/her citizenship or special status; a copy of one of the documents provided for by the Tax Code of Ukraine with data on the registration number of the taxpayer's account card or a notice of refusal to accept it; a medical certificate, a color photo

Driving schools for people with disabilities operate and accept applicants in five regions of Ukraine (Kyiv region, Lviv region, Khmelnytsky region, Kirovohrad region, and Dnipro region).
